FCC

Our Mission - Someone has rightly said, "A great commitment to the Great Commandment and to the Great Commission will build a Great Church." That is precisely our aim here at Faith Community.

When asked what is the greatest of the commandments, Jesus said, "Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, soul, mind, and strength," and "Love thy neighbor as thyself." (Matthew 22:37ff). To aim at anything less would deny the Lord who died to save us. This is the Great Commandment!

In His last words to his disciples, Jesus urged, "Go ye therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you, and lo I am with you always, even to the end of the world." (Matthew 28:19ff) It is our all-consuming passion to make disciples of all nations! This is our Great Commission.

With so many places offering "Christianity Lite," FCC stands without apology for authentic, sincere, vital Christian faith. There's a place for you at FCC!

Our Faith

We believe:

• In one God -- the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• That the Old and New Testament Scriptures are infallible and wholly inspired by God and are the sole authority for matters of faith and Christian living.
• That man is born with a fallen nature and is inclined to evil.
• That those who do not repent are hopelessly and eternally lost.
• That the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human race, and whoever repents and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ is justified, regenerated, sanctified, and saved from the dominion of sin.
• That the very God of peace sanctifies wholly, so that the whole spirit, and soul, and body, may be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
• That the Holy Spirit bears witness to sonship, and every stage of grace in the life of the Christian.
• That our Lord will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment will take place.
